• Assisting with the day-to-day coordination of cleaning operations.
• Conducting regular site visits and inspections to ensure DCI standards and client expectations are being met.
• Supervising cleaning personnel across assigned client locations.
• Monitoring employee performance and quality of work.
• Ensuring employees understand their assigned duties and client expectations.
• Providing training, coaching and direction to employees when required.
• Assisting in resolving service concerns and coordinating corrective action when necessary.
• Communicating operational concerns to management.
• Monitoring inventory and ordering cleaning supplies and consumables as required for assigned client locations.
• Ensuring supplies and equipment are available for employees to perform their duties effectively.
• Assisting with new contract start-ups, site evaluations and hazard assessments.
• Assisting with the training and placement of new employees.
• Supervising and assisting with special projects, post-construction cleaning and floor work as   required.
• Reporting staffing, equipment, safety and client concerns to the VP of Operations.
• Maintaining professional communication with employees, clients and management.
• Assisting with additional operational responsibilities when required.
• Performing approximately 15 hours per week of hands-on cleaning duties at an assigned client location.
