I have know Derek Marchand and DCI Cleaning for more then 10 years now. They have the contract for the Department of Transportation & Infrastructure Renewal at both Sydney Provincial Building and our office at 1030 Upper Prince Street in Sydney (known as the CTC building). The CTC building is approximately 26,000 sq ft and the Sydney Provincial Building is approximately 50,000 sq ft.
I am pleased with the work of DCI Cleaners, Derek and his staff are dependable, and courteous to government employees and the public. We often get remarks on the cleanliness of the buildings, a direct result of their staff and his effective management.
I would recommend DCI Cleaning to anyone seeking this type of service.Cliff Delaney, Project Manager
